Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pod4d. You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to use this platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of the pod4d platform immediately.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "pod4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to pod4d and its operating entity, which owns and operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://pod4d.vip.
- "Platform" means the pod4d website, all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, software, APIs, and any digital service offered under the pod4d brand.
- "Member", "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service provided by pod4d.
- "Account
" means a registered user account created on the Platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the Member.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Member's account by pod4d under the terms of a specific promotion.
- "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Member via a supported payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by pod4d before a Member may process withdrawals, consisting of submission of valid government-issued identification and, where required, proof of address and payment method ownership.
- "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support, payment processing, and any other functionality made available by pod4d through the Platform.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Services is prohibited under applicable law.
Access to and use of the pod4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Member's use of the Services:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. pod4d strictly prohibits the use of its Services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the applicable legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as Members or hold accounts on the Platform.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the pod4d Platform or subject to any account suspension or ban imposed by pod4d.
- You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds controlled by, any third party. All accounts must be registered and operated solely for the personal use of the individual named on the account.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of pod4d or any affiliated entity, unless express written permission has been obtained from pod4d's management.
Age Verification: pod4d reserves the right to request proof of age from any Member at any time. Where a Member is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof that they are 21 years of age or older, pod4d will suspend the account and, subject to the outcome of the verification process, may forfeit any winnings accrued while the account was in an unverified state.
To access the full range of Services offered by pod4d, you must register a Member account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations and ongoing account management:
3.1 Registration Requirements
- Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held across the associated accounts.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pod4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify pod4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat at [email protected].
3.2 KYC Verification
Prior to processing any withdrawal, pod4d requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM). pod4d may additionally request a selfie photograph, a recent utility bill, or bank statement as proof of address, and documentary evidence of the payment method used to deposit funds.
pod4d processes KYC documentation within one (1) business day of receipt of all required documents. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.
3.3 Account Accuracy
It is the Member's ongoing obligation to ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any change to a Member's legal name, contact email, telephone number, or bank account details must be reported to pod4d support before additional transactions are processed. pod4d reserves the right to place a hold on account funds pending re-verification where material discrepancies in account information are detected.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
pod4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pod4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to Member balances.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits are credited to the Member's balance upon confirmation of receipt by pod4d's payment processing system. Where a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, the Member should contact support with the relevant transaction reference number.
- pod4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where there is reason to believe the deposit was made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for all fully KYC-verified accounts, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name, matching the name on the KYC documents on file.
- Where a Member has accepted a bonus, any associated wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of the corresponding bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) may be processed.
- pod4d reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or otherwise irregular, and to request supplementary documentation in such cases.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary by payment method and account status.
pod4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. pod4d is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
pod4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
- Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to the account. Bonus Funds not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited without notice.
- pod4d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the credit.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, payment methods, or device profiles constitutes abuse of promotions and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
- Bonus Funds may not be used to place bets on certain excluded games or bet types as specified in individual promotion terms. Where a Member wagers Bonus Funds on an excluded game, pod4d reserves the right to void the relevant bets and deduct the corresponding amounts from the Member's balance.
- Maximum withdrawal limits from winnings derived from Bonus Funds may apply and will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific limit is stated, a default maximum withdrawal cap of Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah) applies to bonus-derived winnings per promotion.
Transparency Commitment: pod4d is committed to publishing all bonus terms in clear, plain-language English. We do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus after it has been credited to a Member's account. All games and betting markets available on pod4d — including sports betting (judi bola, the popular term for football betting in Indonesia), live casino, video slots, Sic Bo, Domino QQ, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — operate according to the following principles:
- All RNG (random number generator) games use certified random number generation algorithms that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party auditors. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game studios and are available upon request.
- Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed providers. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pod4d Platform. pod4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to have engaged in any of the following, and to forfeit any funds associated with the prohibited activity:
- Creating or operating more than one Member account (multi-accounting).
- Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal gameplay.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or exploited bug will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer game format.
- Participating in any scheme designed to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to coordinated bonus hunting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or funds that belong to a third party without their knowledge and consent.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform or any game hosted thereon.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with pod4d staff.
All content on the pod4d Platform, including but not limited to the pod4d name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other material, is the exclusive property of pod4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pod4d.
pod4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
pod4d does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes. Data is shared only with service providers and partners engaged by pod4d to deliver the Services (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services, under binding data processing agreements.
pod4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its Members. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from within the Member's account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pod4d's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pod4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any Services.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
- Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game outcomes, odds displayed, or other information provided on the Platform, where such error is not attributable to wilful misconduct by pod4d.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any third-party conduct, including the acts or omissions of payment providers, game studios, or internet service providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits pod4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by pod4d's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
pod4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable notice requirements and dormant account policies.
- pod4d's decision to withdraw the Services from a particular jurisdiction or market.
Upon termination for breach, pod4d may forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the account. Real Money Funds held at the time of termination will, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation, be returned to the Member via the original deposit method after deduction of any amounts owed to pod4d.
A Member may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, all Real Money Funds will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within seven (7) business days.
pod4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect a Member's rights or obligations — pod4d will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address registered to the Member's account or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pod4d holds its operating licence.
pod4d operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. The Platform is directed at players in Indonesia who choose to access it of their own volition and on their own responsibility. pod4d makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction, and it is the Member's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to them in their place of residence.
Any dispute between a Member and pod4d that cannot be resolved amicably through the customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
